Puerto Rico Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
As with Water Treatment, Puerto Rico's wastewater operator certification is governed by Act No. 53 of July 13, 1978, administered by the Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators Examining Board under the PR Department of State. Operators certify across four grades — Operator I through Operator IV — renewing every 3 years.
